This Policy supplements the Terms of Service for paid inSigner plans. The price, currency, provider, billing date, and any introductory offer shown at checkout control your purchase.

1. Public plans

Plan Public monthly price Billing model
Unlimited $0 USD for the first month, then $4.99 USD/month Recurring monthly subscription; API and white-label are not included
Developer $29.99 USD/month Recurring monthly subscription with API and white-label features
Enterprise Custom Written order, contract, invoice, or negotiated payment terms

Public plans are monthly unless checkout or a written Enterprise order explicitly states otherwise. Feature descriptions and exclusions on the pricing page form part of the plan information.

2. Unlimited introductory month

When the offer is displayed at checkout, an eligible new Unlimited subscription receives the first month at $0 and then renews at $4.99 USD per month. The checkout flow will show the renewal terms and whether a PayPal account or payment method is required.

The introductory offer is generally limited to one use per person or organization and may be denied or withdrawn where accounts, payment details, domains, organizations, devices, or other signals indicate duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or abusive use.

You must cancel before the first paid renewal to avoid the $4.99 charge. We may change or end the offer for future subscriptions without changing an offer already accepted, except where required to prevent abuse or comply with law.

3. Payments, currency, and taxes

Self-service subscriptions are processed by PayPal. You authorize PayPal and Nubesti LLC to create and manage the subscription and collect recurring charges shown at checkout. PayPal controls payment-account eligibility, funding methods, currency conversion, fraud checks, and payment credentials under its own terms.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown. Taxes, duties, withholding, card or bank fees, and currency-conversion costs may apply. You are responsible for taxes associated with your purchase except taxes imposed on Nubesti LLC’s income.

4. Automatic renewal and price changes

A paid subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Renewal is charged using the payment arrangement maintained by PayPal. Billing dates can shift because of provider processing, time zones, retries, or calendar differences.

We may change a public price prospectively. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material increase affecting an existing subscription where required. Continued use after the change takes effect authorizes renewal at the new price.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel through available account settings or by contacting billing support. A cancellation is complete only after it is confirmed in the application or by us.

Unless the cancellation screen expressly states that access continues through the billing period, cancellation may end paid-plan features immediately. Export documents and evidence you need before cancelling.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete the account or Customer Content. Account deletion and data retention are handled separately under the Privacy Policy and product controls.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription charges are non-refundable and we do not automatically provide prorated refunds for unused time, downgrade, duplicate workflows, or failure to cancel before renewal.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, or caused by a service error, contact us promptly with the subscription reference and charge date. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion after reviewing the account, provider records, usage, and applicable law.

Mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights in your jurisdiction are not limited by this Policy.

7. Failed or disputed payments

PayPal may retry a failed renewal. We may notify you, restrict paid features, downgrade the account, or suspend service while payment is outstanding. You remain responsible for valid charges and for keeping payment information current with PayPal.

Before initiating a payment dispute, contact us so we can investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks or repeated payment abuse may result in account suspension. This does not affect your right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge in good faith.

8. Enterprise terms

Enterprise pricing, minimum commitments, invoices, taxes, payment deadlines, renewals, cancellation, service levels, private deployment, and refunds are governed by the applicable order form or written contract. Those negotiated terms control if they conflict with this Policy.

9. Billing support

Send billing questions to hi@insigner.co. Include the account email, organization name, PayPal subscription reference, and charge date. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or one-time codes.
