1. Service operator

Nubesti LLC

United States limited liability company

Email: hi@insigner.co

Nubesti LLC operates the inSigner brand, marketing website, hosted electronic signature application, APIs, documentation, and related support services.

Registered-office and formation information is provided in formal contracts and where required by applicable law. A party requiring that information for procurement, legal service, or regulatory review may contact us at the address above.

2. Websites and services

  • insigner.co — product and marketing information.
  • app.insigner.co — hosted account, document, and signing application.
  • docs.insigner.co — developer and product documentation when available.
  • status.insigner.co — service status information when available.

Other domains, subdomains, private deployments, or repositories may be identified in the applicable product interface, documentation, or customer contract.

3. Contact

Purpose Contact
General support, privacy, legal questions, and abuse reports hi@insigner.co
Enterprise sales, security review, DPA, and contract requests sales@insigner.co

Do not send passwords, private keys, one-time passcodes, payment credentials, or unnecessary identity documents by email.

4. Ownership and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, the inSigner name, logo, website content, visual design, hosted interfaces, documentation, and non-open-source software are owned by Nubesti LLC or licensed to it and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may link to public pages and make reasonable internal copies of legal policies and documentation for evaluation or compliance. You may not misrepresent affiliation, copy the service for resale, remove notices, or use our branding in a way likely to cause confusion without written permission.

Code published in an open-source repository is governed solely by the license included with that code. “Open source — coming very soon” is a product announcement and does not grant rights before a repository and license are published.

5. Third-party names and trademarks

PayPal, Google, Cloudflare, WhatsApp, Meta, Didit, Kapso, Infobip, ZeptoMail, DigiCert, Sectigo, FreeTSA, OpenTimestamps, and other names or marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance describes compatibility or a service relationship and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or legal approval of inSigner.

6. Regulatory and trust-service status

Nubesti LLC is a software provider. Unless expressly stated in a separate written instrument, it is not a law firm, notary, government authority, court, certification body, financial institution, or qualified trust service provider.

inSigner may connect to external identity, timestamp, certificate, communications, and payment providers. Those services retain their own status and responsibilities. Technical support for PAdES, RFC 3161, encryption, identity checks, or audit evidence does not itself make every signature qualified, notarized, certified, or enforceable.

7. Formal notices

Contractual notices must follow the notice clause in the applicable agreement. For other legal correspondence, email hi@insigner.co with the sender’s identity, organization, subject, and a reliable way to respond.

Email is not accepted as formal service of process unless Nubesti LLC expressly agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
