Cancellation
Cancel from the billing settings in the workspace, or write to hi@insigner.co. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not delete the documents in the workspace.

What do Essential and Pro cost?
Essential is $4.99 a month and Pro is $39 a month, in US dollars, after a one-month trial. Enterprise is custom pricing under a signed agreement.

What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes unlimited documents, templates, audit trails, email delivery, and reminders. Pro adds API access, webhooks, developer tools, and priority support. Enterprise adds white label, SSO, QES for Europe, and an AATL check.
Are WhatsApp, SMS, and KYC included?
No. OTP by WhatsApp and SMS, signing documents on WhatsApp, and KYC are available on every plan and priced separately. The price is shown in the workspace before you turn an add-on on.
Do the prices include tax?

Is QES included in Essential or Pro?
No. QES for Europe and the AATL check are Enterprise options. They are not included in Essential or Pro.
