inSignerElectronic signature compliance for teams

Compliance and evidence

Every signature leaves a verifiable story.

inSigner keeps the signing record connected to the document. The legal effect still depends on the transaction, the place, and the signature level you choose.

01 / Evidence

The workflow is the evidence

A signature image alone does not explain who signed, what they saw, or whether the file changed later. inSigner stores the original hash, the invitation, the completion, and the final hash together.

The standard signature includes a completion record. It does not replace a notarization, a wet-ink statute, or advice from your counsel.

QES and the AATL check are available on Enterprise.
